The legal situation
The carrier is liable. It's the law.
A parcel is a freight contract (§ 407 HGB). For loss, damage and delay the carrier is liable, regardless of fault (§ 425 HGB), up to 8.33 special drawing rights per kilogram (§ 431 HGB). The claim exists. It only fails on deadlines: hidden damage within seven days, delays within 21 (§ 438 HGB); time-barred after one year, three years for lost shipments (§ 439 HGB). This is exactly where the money expires, quietly, every day. sellersright doesn't let it expire.
The deadlines we know
An undeliverable parcel legally becomes one of these cases: a delay, or a loss if it never reappears.
The three years for loss are no coincidence: if the carrier won't disclose its seamless interface controls, qualified fault applies (§ 435 HGB), and the limitation period extends from one to three years. We know every one of these deadlines and act on them in time.

On order intake sellersright checks and corrects the delivery address: typos, missing house number, detected business address, so the overloaded driver even has a chance.
Delivery prepared
An extra label with a photo of the entrance, a map detail, opening hours and a QR code guides the driver the last few metres. No app, no questions.
Refund enforced
If a parcel is lost, arrives damaged or late, or comes back as undeliverable, sellersright detects it from the tracking data and recovers the money. We handle the demanding loss and damage case in full.
Standstill resolved
If a shipment sits two days in the depot or pickup point, sellersright requests delivery and, if you wish, reminds the customer.
